Customized Consulting

While the Telecommuting Advantage Group, (TAG), has a set of foundational approaches, tools, and workshops, we will customize our consulting services provided to each organization. Thus, the design and implementation of programs will be based on several factors:

• The organization’s history with flexworking.
• The current status of any types of flexwork activities.
• The benefits of flexwork most relevant to the outcomes desired and/or challenges faced, (e.g. office-space concerns, employee retention issues, etc.).
• Unique and specific information that we discover during our meetings, focus-groups and/or on-line surveys.
